What are you working towards today/ this week/ this year?
Taking a moment at the start of each quarter to set goals and identify key actions has really helped me to focus on what's important at any given time.
At the start of the week, I think about key actions to move towards the goals and how they fit into each day.
At the end of the week, you could also have one or two measurables to see how you're performing, such as:
- number of new clients
- time with family
