Have a monthly meeting with me to discuss your business and be accountable for your performance.

The sessions are aimed at owner-managed businesses, at any stage of development.

My Monthly Financial Check-Ins aim to provide business owners with clarity and reassurance about their finances.  Through regular catch ups, you will begin to understand your numbers and have more time to successfully run your business.

  • Implement monthly management reporting

  • Identify Key Performance Indicators to help you review and understand your performance.

  • Review your accounting processes and find areas for improvement.  

  • Advise on tax and accounting matters.

HOW DOES IT WORK:

Meetings can be held in person or via Zoom at a time to suit you.  They take up to 90 minutes.  Following the meeting, I will send you a summary with key points and possible next steps.  We can agree on follow up sessions and work, as required.
